Description

Domaine Arlaud Morey-Saint-Denis blends En Sevrey and Clos Solon, two Pinot Noir parcels on clay-limestone soils. The cuvée offers a village-level interpretation of a Côte de Nuits appellation rich in individual climats. Grapes are picked by hand into small crates and sorted before transfer by gravity. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in open vats, with slow maceration, pump-overs and foot treading. After gentle pressing, the wine matures in oak barrels and is bottled without fining or filtration, completing an approach that combines the two vineyard sites.
