Description

Arnoux-Lachaux’s Latricières-Chambertin comes from a Pinot Noir parcel of approximately half a hectare in Gevrey-Chambertin. The vineyard includes plantings from 1952 and 1987 and is distinguished by very rocky ground and its proximity to woodland. This setting provides a particularly well-defined geographical reference within the Grand Cru. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and whole bunches. For the vintages represented here, ageing takes place in oak barrels, followed by a blending stage in tank. The wine connects the history of the vines with a cellar approach that retains their identity.
