Description

Arnoux-Lachaux’s Nuits-Saint-Georges comes from a collection of parcels in the northern part of the commune, towards Vosne-RomanĂ©e. This patchwork of small vineyards brings together nearby but complementary expressions of Pinot Noir. The cuvĂ©e belongs to the long family history of the domaine, founded in 1858 and rooted in Vosne. Vinification includes whole bunches, with extraction adjusted to the fruit rather than following a rigid recipe. Maturation in oak barrels accompanies the vineyards’ expression. It is a site-led interpretation of the village appellation, shaped by precise work in both vineyard and cellar.
