Description

Les Procès places the Arnoux-Lachaux signature on a Premier Cru in the southern part of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The vineyard lies halfway up the slope, on clay-limestone soils, and is planted to Pinot Noir. The precise position of the climat remains central to the cuvée: one distinct place interpreted through the family’s work. Fermentation relies on indigenous yeasts and includes a proportion of whole bunches. The historical oak maturation precedes the wine’s assembly in tank and bottling, completing an approach that gives priority to continuity between vineyard and cellar.
