Bachelet-Monnot's 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet brings together Chardonnay from several parcels across the appellation, kept separate during maturation. Brothers Marc and Alexandre aim to assemble the nuances of individual sites into a balanced, clearly defined village wine. The 2023 profile combines yellow plum with suggestions of praline and a delicate brioche accent. A precise line of acidity supports the palate, preserving freshness and extending the tension through the finish.
