Bachelet-Monnot's Puligny-Montrachet brings together several village parcels, including Les Meix, Corvée des Vignes, Noyer Bret and Les Houlières. Marc and Alexandre Bachelet work their Chardonnay with attentive vineyard care and fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Maturation in 350-litre barrels, followed by a period in stainless steel, supports their pursuit of layered, energetic white wines. The cuvée presents a broad view of Puligny, allowing its different vineyard origins to contribute to the depth of the palate. Precision, freshness and sustained presence are central to the style, with the components assembled into a coherent expression of the village.
