Description

The Condrieu Les Caillets 2022 from Domaine Benjamin et David Duclaux is a white wine from the Condrieu appellation made entirely from Viognier. The grapes come from steep terraces on granite soils; the wine is hand-harvested and matured for about eight months on lees in oak. Aromas include white flowers, stone fruit and subtle spice, while the palate is elegant, mineral-driven and persistent. It pairs well with shellfish, scallops and richer fish or poultry dishes.
