Description

Initiales B.B. is the Bourgogne Blanc through which Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin bring together Chardonnay from several parcels between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. The fruit comes from Les Coutures, Murgey de Limozin and Les Millerands, on clay and limestone soils. Maturation uses barrels of different sizes, with a limited proportion of new wood, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration. This regional cuvée receives the same attention as the domaine’s individual vineyard wines: care for the fruit, patient work with the lees and an emphasis on a clear expression of origin.
