Description

Made by Domaine Bernard Defaix, the Chablis Les Lys 1er Cru 2023 is a white wine produced solely from Chardonnay from the Les Lys Premier Cru parcels in the Chablis area. The bouquet features white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit framed by a distinct mineral character. On the palate it offers lively acidity and saline freshness with a clean, persistent finish, reflecting the terroir of these Premier Cru sites.
