Description

The Domaine Bertrand Bachelet Chassagne-Montrachet Village Blanc 2023 comes from the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation in the Côte de Beaune (Burgundy). It is made from 100% Chardonnay fruit sourced from the estate’s parcels (including La Canière and Les Lombardes) and is aged roughly 16 months (about 12 months in oak barrels, with c.20% new oak). Aromas are floral with subtle spice; on the palate it offers ripe, balanced fruit, freshness and tension, pairing well with fish and white meats.
