Description

The 2021 Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg from Domaine Bott‑Geyl is a dry white wine from the AOC Alsace Grand Cru produced in the commune of Riquewihr. Made entirely from Riesling, it shows mineral and citrus notes related to the Schoenenbourg terroir (gypsiferous marls and Muschelkalk layers) and an ample, structured palate with a saline finish. Alcohol 13% vol; recommended serving temperature about 8–9 °C. It has a long ageing potential (roughly 15–25 years).
