Description

Made by Domaine Bourdy in the Côtes du Jura AOC, this wine is produced from 100% Savagnin grapes. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically (Demeter certified) and the wine is aged for several years in old oak barrels, during which a thin film of yeast (similar to vin jaune) develops. It shows golden-yellow hues and aromas of dried nuts, spice and mineral notes that reflect the Jura terroir.
