Domaine Bruno Lorenzon’s Mercurey Le Chapitre is a red wine from the Mercurey appellation, made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte Chalonnaise. The wine undergoes traditional maceration/fermentation and is aged for roughly 13 months in barrels, about 25% of which are new. It shows ripe red fruit, undergrowth notes and a tannic structure that supports medium-term cellaring.
