Description

The Domaine Buisson-Charles Bourgogne Chardonnay Hautes Coutures 2023 is a white wine made entirely from Chardonnay grown on parcels in Meursault (Hauts de Coutures and Magnys). The label uses the Bourgogne Côte d'Or designation; vinification includes maturation in Tronçais oak barrels with roughly 10% new oak. Harvesting is manual and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. It expresses the Côte de Beaune character of Chardonnay, balancing body and freshness.
