The Domaine Chanson Volnay 2023 is a red wine from the Volnay appellation in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on stony limestone soils and, for the 2023 vintage, undergoes about 17 months of aging in wood. Aromatically it shows floral (peony) and red-berry notes with integrated tannins; it pairs well with roasted red meats and regional cheeses.
