Description

The Domaine Chante Cigale Châteauneuf-du-Pape “Pi” is a single-variety red from the Pignan lieu-dit, grown on sandy soils. It is made from 100% Grenache and aged about 15–18 months in large French oak foudres. Aromas are led by red fruit and floral notes; the palate is delicate and juicy, with fine tannins and a saline, refreshing finish. The wine is produced from older vines and hand-harvested grapes.
