Description

The Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is a white wine from the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, produced in the Les Clos parcel in Chablis. Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils with south-facing exposure, the domaine vinifies vineyard sections separately and uses a mixed élevage in stainless steel and oak. The wine displays pronounced minerality and clear structure, making it well suited to shellfish, fish and cheeses.
