Domaine Coche‑Dury’s Bourgogne Blanc is the estate’s entry-level white, produced from Chardonnay grapes sourced from parcels around the domaine in Meursault. In several recent vintages fruit comes mainly from the domaine’s own holdings supplemented by small local purchases; the wine is typically fermented and aged in oak, giving it a satiny texture and structural depth. It serves as a clear expression of the domaine’s approach to white Burgundy — focused on terroir, balance and aging potential.
