Coche-Dury’s Meursault expresses the family’s connection with the village around which a substantial part of its vineyards is concentrated. Chardonnay receives meticulous attention, from controlled yields to the choice of harvest ripeness. In the cellar, fermentation in wood and prolonged contact with the lees are central elements, followed by bottling without filtration. The character sought by the domaine combines richness with liveliness, retaining tension that supports development in bottle. This village cuvée reflects continuity between Jean-François Coche’s approach and the work of his son Raphaël.
