Description

The 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Blanchots Dessous” is produced by Domaine Coffinet-Duvernay in Chassagne-Montrachet from Chardonnay grapes. Harvest is carried out by hand; whites are whole-pressed, fermented in oak with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels. It represents a premier-cru expression of Chardonnay from the calcareous soils of the Côte de Beaune.
