From Domaine Colette Gros, this Chablis is sourced from the Premier Cru parcel “Les Fourneaux” in the Chablis area of Burgundy. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the wine shows a fresh, saline profile with pronounced mineral notes reflecting the region’s limestone soils. Aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruit lead to a taut, persistent finish. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and other light seafood dishes.
