Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair’s Clos de Vougeot marks the family’s return to a grand cru linked to its history. The cuvée began in 2015 through a long-term agreement for Pinot Noir grapes from the Vosne side of the clos, in a parcel the family had owned until 1933. In the cellar, careful selection and spontaneous fermentation accompany destemming adapted to the harvest. The wine matures in oak and is bottled without fining or filtration. The historical connection with the clos is renewed through work that prioritises the integrity of the fruit and respect for its origin.
