Description

Made by Talloulah Dubourg and Hugo Mathurin at Domaine de Cassiopée, the 'Mitancherie' bottling is sold as Bourgogne Aligoté and comes from the Mitancherie lieu‑dit in Sampigny‑lès‑Maranges. The wine is produced from 100% Aligoté harvested on a very small parcel (about 0.5 ha) of mature vines; the domaine follows organic/biodynamic practices and completed organic certification in 2023. It shows citrus and white‑flower aromas, bright acidity and a mineral character.
