Made by Frédéric Cossard for Domaine de Chassorney, this wine is from the Gevrey‑Chambertin appellation and is produced from Pinot Noir. The cuvée undergoes whole‑cluster fermentation and ageing in qvevris (Georgian amphorae). It reflects the Gevrey terroir with balanced body, fine tannins and red‑fruit character with subtle earthy undertones.
