Description

The Domaine de L'Horizon Blanc 2022 is an IGP Côtes Catalanes white from Calce in the Roussillon, produced by Domaine de l’Horizon. It is made from old vines and assembled mainly from Macabeo with smaller proportions of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. Fermentation and ageing occur in various oak vessels with lees contact, highlighting the wine's freshness and mineral character. Works well with fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
