Description

The Domaine de L’Horizon Rosé 2021 is a rosé from Domaine de l’Horizon, produced in Calce (Pyrénées-Orientales) under the Côtes Catalanes IGP designation. It is made from 100% Grenache. It shows a pale onion-skin pink colour with aromas of small red fruits, subtle herbal hints and a mineral streak. On the palate it is fresh and savory with an energetic, citrus-tinged finish, suitable for light dishes and summer vegetables.
