Description

Produced by Domaine de La Bégude in the Bandol AOP, L’Irréductible 2020 is a structured rosé dominated by Mourvèdre (95%) with a small proportion of Grenache. Sourced from ferruginous sandstone over limestone soils, it shows aromas of red berries, spice and a slightly saline finish. Vinification includes a short skin maceration, slow pressing and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel. It has an estimated ageing potential of about 10–15 years.
