Description
Acte I is a cuvée from Domaine de la Cras (producer Marc Soyard) released as a Bourgogne, made from Chardonnay grown on the Coteaux de Dijon near Plombières-lès-Dijon. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in 228-litre oak barrels, followed by roughly 18 months of oak aging including a portion of new wood. The wine is frequently offered without a fixed vintage (non-vintage).
