Produced by Domaine de la Cras under Marc Soyard’s direction, the Bourgogne “Cras” Monopole comes from the single-owner (monopole) vineyard on the hills above Dijon. The red bottling is made from 100% Pinot Noir, with whole-cluster vinification, semi-carbonic maceration and oak ageing.
