Description

The Bourgogne “Cras” Monopole from Domaine de la Cras is a monopole cuvée made by Marc Soyard on the slopes near Dijon. It is produced from 100% Chardonnay grown using organic practices and fermented with native yeasts, with an élevage that includes some time in oak. The wine is released under the regional Bourgogne appellation; “Monopole” denotes that the cuvée comes from a single vineyard parcel owned/managed by the domaine.
