Description

This Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits comes from the personal vineyard Marc Soyard purchased in Villers-la-Faye in 2012. Its Pinot Noir brings a different origin to the range of a grower also known for his work at Domaine de la Cras near Dijon. Organic farming and biodynamic practices guide the vineyards, while indigenous yeasts and restrained intervention shape the cellar work. Whole bunches and maturation in wood are part of his approach to red wines. The result is an interpretation of the Hautes-Côtes focused on the fruit and the individuality of a small vineyard holding.
