A Bourgogne white from the Coteaux de Dijon made from Chardonnay. The bouquet offers white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes with subtle floral hints. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a saline thread that carries through the finish. Best enjoyed fairly young and pairs well with seafood and fresh cheeses.
