Domaine de la Renardière’s Savagnin comes from the Arbois-Pupillin appellation and is made from 100% Savagnin grapes, aged sous voile for roughly 48 months. The under-veil élevage imparts a full-bodied structure and the oxidative character typical of Jura Savagnin. A dry white with ageing potential and pronounced savory complexity.
