Champagne Ullens Cuvée M is a single-vineyard cuvée from Domaine de Marzilly (Château de Marzilly, Hermonville), vintage 2018, released as an Extra Brut. The domaine’s parcel wines are vinified in oak barrels, following the estate’s traditional winemaking approach.
