Description

Ullens Lot 10 is a non-vintage cuvée from Domaine de Marzilly in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, with fruit sourced mainly from Hermonville. The blend is roughly 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, vinified and matured in oak barrels. Bottled at a very low dosage (about 2.8 g/L), it highlights crisp acidity and the mineral tension typical of this northern Champagne terroir.
