Description

Ullens LPM is an Extra Brut cuvée from Domaine de Marzilly, produced from parcels in the Petite Montagne (Massif de Saint‑Thierry) near Hermonville in Champagne. The wine is made entirely from Pinot Meunier and is aged in oak barrels with lees contact as part of the estate’s winemaking approach. Aromas include white fruit, citrus and subtle brioche notes; on the palate it is precise, with fine bubbles and fresh mineral tension.
