Trévallon's Blanc 2020 expresses the Alpilles through a blend strongly led by Marsanne, with Roussanne, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc and Clairette completing the picture. Each variety is harvested according to its own ripening pattern, reflecting the diversity of the estate's small parcels. Direct pressing and maturation in wood precede blending and bottling. For this vintage, the domaine describes floral notes recalling hawthorn and verbena, honeyed nuances and a broad palate with citrus flavours. A lively, mouthwatering finish provides the counterpoint to its richness, giving the wine both substance and a clear sense of energy.
