Description

Trévallon's red brings Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah together on the limestone terrain of the northern Alpilles. It embodies Éloi Dürrbach's founding vision, drawing on a mosaic of parcels and growing conditions rather than a single uniform vineyard. Hand-picked grapes ferment as whole bunches with indigenous yeasts, followed by extended maturation in large oak foudres. Blending and bottling without filtration complete this patient process. Designed for long development in bottle, the wine's character centres on the relationship between structure, balance and the different expressions of limestone found across the estate's hillside vineyards.
