Description

White wine made from Chardonnay grown in the Rabourcé climat, on the highest, sunniest slope in the north of the appellation. White clay soils provide aromas of white-fleshed fruit and chalky tones, while a light toasted character comes from élevage in large wooden vats with under 8% new oak. The palate is fine and fleshy with persistent fruit aromas and a mineral finish that points to good ageing potential.
