Produced by Domaine Denis Bachelet, this Gevrey‑Chambertin “Vieilles Vignes” is a village-level cuvée made from very old vines around Gevrey‑Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits. It is made from Pinot Noir grown on historic parcels and vinified following the traditional practices of the area. The wine typically has a supporting structure with red fruit aromas and earthier, mineral notes.
