Chut... Derain is a sparkling wine from Domaine Derain in the Saint‑Aubin area of Burgundy. It is produced from 100% Aligoté and made by the traditional méthode (second fermentation in bottle). The wine shows lively acidity and fine bubbles, suited to aperitif service and lighter seafood dishes.
