Description

This 2018 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru is produced by Domaine Derain and comes from the Les Murgers des Dents de Chien climat in the Côte de Beaune. Made exclusively from Chardonnay, it displays the mineral character, lively acidity and structural depth typical of Saint-Aubin premier crus. The vineyard’s location near the Puligny-Montrachet premiers crus gives the wine focus and tension on the palate, making it suitable for early drinking as well as moderate ageing.
