Description

Domaine Derain’s Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Sur le Sentier du Clou” is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Saint-Aubin Premier Cru vineyard in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. It comes from a small south‑facing parcel (about 0.20 ha) that promotes aromatic concentration and finesse. Oak aging provides structure, and the palate shows balanced orchard fruit, pronounced mineral character and fresh acidity.
