The Santenay “Gravité” from Anne‑Marie and Jean‑Marc Vincent is a red cuvée from the Domaine Jean‑Marc Vincent, produced in the Santenay area of Burgundy. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir and is a selection of the domaine’s best parcels, incorporating fruit from Santenay village sites and premier cru parcels such as Le Passetemps and Les Gravières. Vinification emphasizes gravity-based handling and extended ageing in wood; the Gravité label appears across multiple vintages depending on the year.
