Jean-Pierre Guyon's Les Brûlées comes from a parcel of roughly fifteen ares, positioned high above Les Suchots and facing slightly east. In 2023, vines at least seventy years old produce a particularly refined Pinot Noir. The wine's description highlights red cherry and raspberry, with suggestions of warm stone and a mineral thread recalling graphite. The palate is taut and precise, supported by fruit without exaggeration. This Premier Cru brings together the inheritance of old vines and Guyon's sensitivity to finesse, balancing the substance of its fruit with a notably graceful texture.
