Description

Jobard-Morey's Meursault Narvaux comes from Chardonnay on a thin layer of fine earth directly above the bedrock. The exposure is southeast, and the parcel is vinified separately to preserve its identity alongside the domaine's other vineyards. Fermentation and maturation take place in barrels, with measured use of new oak. The cuvée belongs to the history of a family rooted in Meursault since 1949, continued by Valentin's generation. Attention to the fruit and to differences between soils guides an approach centred on the precise expression of each vineyard origin.
