Description

Domaine Jobard-Morey’s Meursault Village Rouge 2019 is a red wine from the Meursault appellation made entirely from Pinot Noir. Vinification includes full destemming, about one week of cold pre-fermentation maceration and light extraction for 15 days to three weeks; aging is roughly one year with around 20% new oak. It pairs well with poultry and red meat, showing moderate tannins and focused fruit.
