Made by Domaine Labet in the Rotalier area, the "Les Champs Rouges" is a Côtes du Jura cuvée vinified from Chardonnay blended with Melon à Queue Rouge. The fruit comes from plateau parcels on limestone bedrock with a thin layer of red clay, lending the wine broad texture and a mineral thread. The style emphasises concentration and clarity while reflecting the site’s character.
