Domaine Labet’s Cuvée du Hasard 2018 is a white from the Jura sold under the Côtes du Jura appellation. It is built primarily on Chardonnay and is matured 'sous voile' in oak barrels for several years. The wine shows the oxidative-style framing associated with under-veil élevage and has the structure to develop further with bottle age.
