Description

La Bardette is a Chardonnay cuvée from Domaine Labet bottled under the Côtes du Jura appellation. It is sourced from historic, west-facing parcels planted on Lias marls and Jurassic limestone, worked from very old vines to express site character. In some vintages the wine is aged in used barrels for over two years, producing a focused, sapid profile with pronounced mineral expression.
